One of the company's subsidiaries is Lear Corporation Holding Spain S.L., a Spain-based company engaged in the manufacture, marketing and sale of parts and accessories for cars. The company, through its other subsidiary which is Lear (Luxembourg) GmbH, is also active in Luxembourg. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the United States-based Lear European Operations Corporation, a company which also conducts business under the Lear Corporation company.
